The MIN Graduate Center recommends all doctoral researchers to participate in a seminar on Good Scientific Practice (Gute Wissenschaftliche Praxis). We will discuss important issues around a smooth and successful completion of your doctorate:
- Introduction to the Bylaws of Good Scientific Practice
- Misconduct in Research
- Handling Data
- Publication Process and Authorship
- Responsibility of Supervisors and the Supervised
- Academic Freedom
- Resolving Conflicts

Please be sure to cancel your registration should you be unable to attend. The seminar will be held in English.
Speakers: Ingenuin Gasser (MIN Faculty, UHH), Carmen Schueler (CEN, UHH), Juliane Jakob (Center for Sustainable Research Data Management, UHH).
Doctoral candidates who are admitted to the doctoral procedures at MIN faculty or are guest doctoral students at MIN faculty (including partner institutions) enroll for this course in Geventis.
