Beschreibung

Dear workshop seminar friends,

the summer term has already started, and we would like to continue the “Return of the Workshop Seminar” started by the Quentin last term, and  bring the workshop seminar back this term to where it originally belongs - to the black board of seminar room 2 in building 2a 😉.

For this term we thought we might have an inflationary expedition, under the title:

"Inflation between theory and data"

as we haven’t explored this topic in quite a while.

Starting on Tuesday, April 26 at the customary time of 11 am, in seminar room 2, build. 2a.

Please let us know if a topic/slot interests you, and send us an email to sign up for a slot.

We will then provide you with the relevant literature, and you can of course ask anyone of us for advice concerning the range and aspects of a given topic to be presented.

As in pre-pandemic times, each topic should be presented at the blackboard. Prepare for a pure talking time of about 60-75 mins, as the workshop seminar is meant to encourage lots of questions and discussion for everyone to learn the given topic, easily (over)completing the 90 mins total time.

Please prepare some ***handwritten*** notes for your talk - there is no need or expectation for a typeset version! 😉

Best, Alexander (for the workshop seminar team)
