Das nächste Netzwerktreffen findet am 31. Mai  zu dem spannenden Thema 'Life after your PhD - think further!' statt.

Die Veranstaltung findet auf Englisch statt.

• Dr. Eva Philipp is Head of the Environmental & Sustainability Unit in the Business Area Wind at Vattenfall, which supports the renewable energy projects in operational environmental and sustainability tasks as well as gives strategic direction in these areas. Eva Philipp is a marine biologist and has worked in science for > ten years before joining Vattenfall Offshore Wind in 2012. She has marine working experience in a variety of environments including the North and Baltic Sea, Irish Sea, Australia, Arctic and Antarctic Ocean where she worked on land stations as well as on research vessels. In her present role she and her team are focussing on Onshore-, Offshore wind, Solar- and Battery-storage projects in Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, UK and France.
• Philip Loos a marine biologist (B.Sc./M.Sc.) by training, has worked as the Vice Head of the Marine Mammal Department in one of Germany’s leading environmental consultancies for several years. The main focus of his work used to be Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) of large infrastructure projects (e. g. offshore wind farms, pipelines). Also having a strong passion for education, Philip decided to combine his interest in education and biology and quit his position as a scientific consultant in order to go back to university and become a secondary school teacher (subjects: biology & English).

Zu diesem Treffen sind alle Doktoranden und Doktorandinnen der MIN Fakultät eingeladen.

Zeit: 31.05.2018 - 18:00-19:30 Uhr mit anschließendem Get-Together mit Fingerfood und Getränken.
